Gotika is an event platform built and run by Imagine Odyssey. This policy explains what data we collect when you register for an event, what we use it for, and where it is processed.
Data we collect
Your email, name, phone number, company or organization, job title, and the answers to the registration form the organizer asks for. We don't ask for your national ID (NIK/KTP) or tax number (NPWP). We also record check-in times, booth visits, and the consents you give.
What we use it for
To send sign-in codes and tickets, process registrations, check you in on site, run event features such as booth stamps and raffles, and give organizers the attendee data for their events. We don't sell your data.
Where data is processed
Our main data is stored on Railway servers in Singapore. Emails are sent through Resend in the United States. This means your data is transferred outside Indonesia, which you agree to when you register. If you choose to turn on face check-in, your face is matched by Biznet NEO Face Recognition in Indonesia, and the reference photo is stored encrypted in Gotika's storage.
Who we share it with
The organizers of the events you register for. Booths and partners only get your contact details if you allow it. The contact card behind your QR shows only what you choose to share, and you can turn it off at any time.
Face data (optional)
Face check-in is optional; your QR always works. Face photos are only taken with separate consent, used only to match your face at that event's gates, and deleted automatically 7 days after the event ends, or whenever you ask.
Retention and your rights
You can view, correct, and delete your account data, withdraw consent, and request a copy of your data. Registration data is kept for as long as the organizer needs it and the law requires, in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP).
Contact
An official contact address for questions and requests about personal data will be listed in the final version.
