Registration

A form that fits each ticket type

Ask only what you need, set capacity, and require approval for certain tickets. Once registered, guests get a QR ticket by email.

Check-in

Staff open check-in mode in their phone's browser, no app to install. Scan the guest's QR, or match a face for guests who turned it on.

  • Each gate picks: scan QR, QR then face match (1:1), or face recognition without QR (1:N)
  • Gates can be limited to certain ticket types
  • PIN-locked kiosk mode for self-registration, and walk-ins through staff
  • Live dashboard: attendance by gate, by method, and by hour

How it works

  1. Create the event

    Fill in the title, time, venue, ticket types, and form questions. It stays a draft until you publish it.

  2. Share the link

    The event page goes live at gotika.app/your-event, or put the form on your website. Guests register with their email and get a QR ticket right away.

  3. Check in on the day

    Staff open check-in mode on their phones, then scan QR codes or match faces. Attendance shows on the dashboard as it happens.

Common questions

Where is guest data stored?

The main data lives on Railway servers in Singapore. Email goes out through Resend in the United States. If a guest turns on face check-in, Biznet NEO Face Recognition in Indonesia does the matching. The privacy policy has the details.

Do guests need to install an app?

No. Guests register in the browser and sign in with a 6-digit code from their email. The QR ticket arrives by email and opens again any time in the phone's browser.

Is face check-in required?

No. Guests choose it themselves and give separate consent before any photo is taken. The QR code always works at the gate. Face data is deleted automatically 7 days after the event ends, or whenever the guest deletes it.

Which languages are supported?

Indonesian and English, on event pages, in the app, and in emails. Guests can switch language at any time.

Can we put the registration form on our website?

Yes. Paste the Gotika script into your page once, then mark any button. The registration form opens on top of your page, so guests never leave your site.
